Seilhamer, admitted in multiple jurisdictions, and an experienced team led by Barbara Cruz Muñiz, attorney at law, with experience in criminal, civil and administrative law, as well as experts in bankruptcy and corporate matters such as Herman Valentín Figueroa and Juan Ramos Ramos. We also have young lawyers specialized in governmental, labor and notarial law.

He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the state courts of the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
As part of his successful professional career, Mr. Seilhamer has worked in the private sector with the multinational company Procter & Gamble based in Cincinnati, Ohio and the technology company INgage Networks located in Naples, Florida. He also has extensive experience in governmental affairs, corporate law and family law.
